4-6 raw chicken breasts, new potatoes, green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good, too). Arrange in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and then top with a melted stick of butter. (I'd try a drizzle of EVOO) Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Gotta TRY THIS!! -- four chicken breasts in the crock pot with a whole container of BBQ sauce, a half can of cherry coke, and a 1/2 cup on brown sugar. Place it in the crock pot on low for about 5 hours. An hour before serving, take the chicken out and shred it with a fork and put it back in the crock pot til ready to serve. - excellent-eats
Fiesta Chicken Casserole: 2 cups chicken breast grilled & cubed 2 cups medium shell pasta cooked 2 cups cheddar/jack cheese blend 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 can Rotel 1 can green chilies 1/2 cup of milk Cover with cheese salt and pepper to taste! Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
