    Vegetarian • Gluten free • 40 mins to make • Serves 4


    1 1/2 lbs Button mushrooms, whole small
    1 tbsp Garlic
    1 tbsp Parsley, leaves
    1 1/2 tsp Thyme, fresh leaves


    2 tbsp Lemon juice

    Baking & Spices

    1 Gray sea salt

    Oils & Vinegars

    6 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin


    3 tbsp Butter

    Beer, Wine & Liquor

    1/2 cup White wine
