|3 cups||Gold medal all purpose flour|
|1 1/2 cups||Gold medal whole wheat flour|
|1 1/2 cups||Buttermilk|
Irish Soda Bread 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup buttermilk Preheat oven to 375. Lightly spray a loaf pan with cooking spray. Mix together all ingredients and form a soft dough. Add a little more buttermilk, a tablespoon at a time, if necessary. Pour dough into loaf pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown.
