White Bean Chicken Chili--Great Northern Beans are used in this White Bean Chicken Chili recipe, but you could substitute cannellini or navy beans. As you'll see, the recipe is quite flexible.
White Bean Chicken Chili....I substituted one can of black beans and added corn. Also, cooked the chicken, onions, and jalapeno separately and threw everything in the crock pot for the afternoon! YUMMY!!!
White Chicken Chili, might try it with my leftover turkey too! *Made this recipe. Was very good! Only changes were that I used leftover turkey from Thanksgiving, frozen corn instead of canned, and I put two cloves of garlic in with the onions. Great recipe though. Would make again.
It's not quite chilly here in San Francisco, but when it is, you better believe we'll be cooking a batch of this Pumpkin Quinoa White Bean Chili.
