Sun Dried Tomato Hummus by Saad Fayed -  I have an old printout of an almost identical recipe by Saad, but it also calls for 2 TBSP of roasted garlic. For this recipe I save 2 TBSP of the drained chickpea liquid and use it in lieu of the olive oil, I use packaged sun dried tomatoes (soaking them in hot water for 10-15 minutes), and I add 1/4 tsp of salt.
