Ok, so I made this last night. While it was really easy it also seems to be missing something. It either needs more heat (spice) or something sour to counteract the sweet. I don't see us doing this one again....bummer
Ingredients 3 Chicken breasts, boneless skinless tsp Chipotle chili (I just double up on the green chilies and skip these). 1 can Green chilies tsp Oregano 2 cups Chicken broth 2 cups of the cheese of your choice ( I like Pepper Jack). 1 can Black olives
Crock pot Hawaiian Chicken: 1 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/3 cup light soy sauce 2 pounds chicken breast tenderloins. Directions: Add all ingredients to the crockpot and cook on low 6-8 hrs and they should just fall apart.
