vegetarian black bean chili. This is my new favorite chili, loved it. Even Sam ate an entire bowl for dinner. I only used regular chili powder, and I let it simmer for about 3 hours. Made again with recommended spices...fine the first day but way too spicy the next day, especially for kids.
