I'm Steph. 18 years old. 167 cm/ 5'5. 64.8 kg/ 142.56 lbs. (2 September 2011) Goal (for now): 57 kg/ 125.4 lbs. Heaviest: 69 kg/ 151.8 lbs. (March 2011) Starting: 67.3 kg/ 148.06 lbs. (27 August 2011) I'm sick of buying size L clothing, not being able to wear a bikini, binging and being body concious all the time. This site is to fitspire and get me motivated and i will try to update my progress. I want to be told I look beautiful. Just so you're all aware, I am living in France for the year and decided this was the best time to do it so i could come home looking great and have a fresh start to life. The problem is however that I am constantly changing host families and going on vacations so a lot of the time it is very hard to turn down food because 1. it is considered extremely rude and 2. I can't really control what is prepared for me. so please no one tell me i should be changing what i'm eating unless you see that i've posted about binging or something (: I promote exercise and healthy food choices, I want to look fit, not sick!
