1 Avocado
1 cup Cilantro
1 Cucumber
1 cup Red onion
1 Serrano chile


3/4 cup Lemon juice

Made this for supper tonight. Yummy and very easy! We used chicken instead of shrimp. Precooked the chicken and then followed the rest of the recipe.

Shrimp Ceviche. I would probably add a little clamato juice and some hot sauce to give it a little flare with the acidity. Plus, I would use a mixture of fishes, not just shrimp.
