People quit from slow progress wondering why they don't have their dream body after a few weeks. They disregarding the fact that their shirt fits a little different or they're almost able to fit in their favourite jeans again. They refuse to realize that since it took them a while to gain that unwanted weight, it will take a while to loose it. Every workout you do is progress, every run you go for is progress and every healthy meal you eat is progress. You're doing amazing.
