Carved candles. Why? Because! Because they're so... Carved! Lovely! You can do it yourself at ladies' church night! Then the next month, glue resin grapes together.
Remember these? I remember people would set up a "shop" in the mall, like they do Kiosks today, and you could watch them "carve" these. I remember being so amazed...
There was a man at the Eastport Mall, on SE 82nd Avenue in Portland, Oregon, who sat & made these all day.
...these were available at every other kiosk in every shopping mall. My wife still has one I gave her while we were dating.

This minty vintage specimen was discovered and photographed by Bravo Six Niner Delta in March 2011. The stamps are from the late 1960s and were found in in Englewood, Tennessee. I remember my mama getting these at the grocery store & pasting them in a little book.
