Inspiration for any women out there working out!

For my wonderful sister, who is doing cross country and has already ran three 5 k's (Aka: 3.2 miles for each 5 k)

I get a PR, I meet someone new, I pace my way through new running routes, I run further than the day before, I discover little places that I didn't know existed, places where it's just me and the world and no one else.

I run to avoid thinking, so this slogan works just great for me :)

9.13 ~ sprint intervals, walked to and from gym (4 miles total).

Run when you don't want to, you need it the most

i keep telling myself this around all of the beautiful, ripped people i crossfit with. i will get there someday! i am faster than when i started and i have never quit. just keeping my eye on the prize!

I'm trying to get back into the running routine. Two runs a week. I can do it!
