    Frito Pepper Salad 1 can red kidney beans or black beans drained and rinsed, 1/2-4.25 oz can of chopped olives drained (optional), 2 cans corn drained, 1/2 yellow pepper diced, 1/2 green pepper diced, 1 red pepper diced, 1 small red onion diced, 1/2 cucumber diced, 2/3 of a 16 oz. Catalina Dressing 2 1/2 c finely shredded Mexican blend cheese, Mix all together and chill before serving, just before you are going to serve, add 1-10.5 oz bag of Chili Cheese Fritos
