Didn't use this recipe because it calls for lard, but I liked the more detailed instructions on shaping. Wish I had added steam holes as indicated in this recipe because my roll split up the side. Ultimate verdict - we both thought the dough recipe we tried was awesome, but mister said he thinks in the future he'd prefer a different filling. Poppy seeds not our thing, apparently.
