The “Perfect” Chocolate Chip Cookie! If you're looking for a crunchy on the outside cookie with a chewy center, I was completely and utterly impressed with this cookie. I didn't refrigerate the dough before I baked them, but they still turned out great. I definitely have to watch out for overcooking the cookies next time though...
Soft, chewy, & thick Chocolate Chip Cookies | Sally's Baking Addiction 3/4 cup (1.5 sticks) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature 3/4 cup dark brown sugar 1/4 cup sugar 1 large egg, at room temperature 2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoon cornstarch 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 and 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
