Oil will reactivate oily stains. I use Goo gone (product to remove stickers/labels). I put a small amt on stain, let sit for 5 mins, they completely saturate area with Spray n Wash or some similar stain remover - then wash as normal. The Goo gone reactivates the stain so that the remover can work.
