    Worlds Best Chicken 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/2 cup Dijon mustard 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar Salt & pepper Rosemary Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a small bowl, mix together mustard, syrup, and vinegar. Place chicken breasts into 9×13 greased baking dish. Season with salt & lots of pepper. Pour mustard mixture over chicken. Make sure each breast is coated. Bake for about 30-40 minutes. Season with chopped rosemary.

    I'm not sure if it's because we haven't had steak in a while or not, but this was delicious! It's always nice to be able to cook a steak without heating up the grill if you don't have to. The Gorgonzola butter is very flavorful, so if you love Gorgonzola cheese, you'll absolutely be in love with this butter. I don't love strong cheeses, but I dipped bites of my steak in it for another flavor. This made for a delicious dinner! (Skillet Steaks with Gorgonzola Herbed Butter)
