Greek Salad Skewers. Update: May 2013; I made these for a dinner party I went to and they were super easy to whip up and looked gorgeous. Don't put too large an olive chunk on, or it'll take over the flavor. Same goes for too large a cucumber chunk, as it will wash out the flavor.
