Fresh Homemade Salsa - 3-4 lbs. tomatoes; 1/2 small red onion, peeled; 2 or 3 jalapeno peppers; 1 clove garlic, minced; large handful of cilantro; 1/2 t. red wine vinegar; 1/2 of a lemon, juiced; salt and pepper to taste. Roughly chop tomatoes, onions, and peppers. Add all ingredients to food processor. Pulse until desired consistency is achieved.
