    Baked Spanish Brown Rice....... *Ingredients: {1 1/2 cups brown rice 2 cups chicken stock (or broth) 1 cup (8 oz.) tomato sauce 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon chili powder} *Directions: {Preheat oven to 375. Pour uncooked rice into 8″ or 9″ square baking dish. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil in a small sauce pan. Once boiling, remove from heat, and pour over rice. Stir to combine. Cover tightly with foil and bake for one hour. Remove foil and fluff.}
