Radish Chips: 1/3 lb thinnly sliced radishes, 1 Tbsp olive oil, salt, fresh ground pepper // Heat oven to 300 // In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well to coat thouroughly. Arrange in single layer on baking tray - some overlap is okay. Bake 30-40 minutes, rotate the tray halfway through bake, until radishes are dry and crispy. Be careful not to overbake - chips will crisp while cooling.
