Feed Yourself.so true! Everybody needs a different Amount of calories a day! For example if you are trying to lose weight your goal should be between 1200 and 1500 calories a day! Don't forget to exercise:)
and just STAY started! Getting started is the hardest part of losing weight, so just focus on being consitent with ONE thing.gradually adding one more when you feel ready! NO need to overwhelm yourself w/ too much change to soon!
