i have COPD have been doing soy, fruits, veggies, whole grains and no animal foods for years.    3 years ago, i added yoga to the mix and it works wonders. you do what you can, sans judgement, and the more you do, the more you can do.    you learn that you can control your disease to some extent, and that is empowering...also DO NOT go near cigarettes.
