My husband talked about this for two days - 4 thawed chicken breasts, 6oz. package of Stove Top stuffing mix, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 can of cream of chicken soup. Chicken on bottom - Stove Top over chicken, Cream of Chicken/Sour Cream mix on top. Cover and cook for 4 hours on low. Trying this right now!! Try adding broccoli after the chicken for an all-in-1 meal.
Cheesy Potato Soup: 1 pkg frozen, diced hashbrowns; 2 cans cream of chicken; 1 can cream of celery; 1 pint half and half; 1/2 cup melted butter; salt and pepper to taste. Cook in crock pot on high for 3 - 4 hours. Add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese about 15 minutes before serving - heat long enough to melt cheese. Garnish with shredded cheddar.
