      here's your new crack...Blend the following: 1 can pineapple w/ juice, 1 banana, 1 can coconut milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla. Freeze in pops 117 calories per pop. I am making this a million times this summer. (I'm going to try this with a peach nectar instead of pineapple juice.)

    Grain free snack bar. 3T organic coconut oil, 1/4 cup cocoa powder,1/2 cup raw organic ground nuts, 3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, 1 T raw organic honey,parchment paper Melt the honey and coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Once combined, add the cocoa, ground nuts and coconut and mix together. Pour mixture onto a small baking sheet or square pan covered in parchment paper. Form into a square when cool enough to touch. Refrigerate until hardened. Cut into bars.
