cuisine de bar and poilane. It's in the 6th, on Le Chechre Midi. Very casual but the food is great. They get their bread next door from Poliane (known for it's excellent bread) and make these open faced sandwiches. Think simple, fresh, perfectly well seasoned food. Definitely try it if you can!
