Two-Ingredient Pumpkin Bread (or Cake) Just take the cake mix and add the can of pumpkin puree. Then blend until it’s combined. Bake it in a greased pan in the oven on 350 degrees for 50 minutes to an hour, and you have pumpkin bread. Or cake. Whatever.
This is SOOO good and good for you! 2 ingredient cake. Mix together, 1 Angel Food cake mix (dry) and 1, 20 or 22 ounce can of fruit pie filling. That's it! Bake in an ungreased 9x13 pan at 350 for 28-30 minutes. It will puff up.

I mix some sugar and pumpkin pie spice together and sprinkle the tops before I bake them. AMAZING and so easy!!! It's not fall or Thanksgiving in our house without a few batches of these.
