|about 4 ounces (1/2 of a standard 8 oz brick) of Cream Cheese- I like the ⅓ less fat Neufchatel here as it is softer and easier to stuff into the olives|

Garnishes, or fillers? Sure it's fun to dress up a plate, but looking good can taste good and fill you up also. A tomato flower, radish rose, celery spears with grape tomatoes and mushrooms, pickled beets any pickled vegetables......anything that adds color and crunch and will adding chewing is great.
