STOP THE THINSPO! Telling people not to eat when they're hungry does not promote ANY kind of health, it only serves to inspire self-hatred and possibly even an eating disorder. Starving yourself is NEVER the answer. I have nothing against excercise or a healthy diet, but body-shaming and pushing this "ideal lifestyle" to its limits is only going to make everyone feel worse and be less healthy.
