1 (12-ounce) piece Ahi tuna, sushi grade


1 Avocado, pitted and diced
1/3 bunch Cilantro, leaves
1 tsp Cilantro, leaves

1 1/2 Lime
1/3 cup Pickled ginger
3 Scallions
1 Tomato, small


2 Eggs


1 cup Aioli or mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Fish sauce
1/2 cup Pickle relish
2 tsp Wasabi, powder

Baking & Spices

1 cup All-purpose flour
1 cup Rice flour
1 Pinch Salt
2 Pinch Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Oils & Vinegars

1 Oil
1/2 tsp Sesame oil


2 cups Soda water


2/3 cup Sour cream
