I've seen this attitude taken to extremes that really worry me. Some people seem to have this idea that mental illness isn't a problem AT ALL, and that the only problem is stigma against the mentally ill. That's not true at all. Mental illness fucking SUCKS. Stigma makes it worse, but it's definitely not the only reason why mental illness hurts people. Not by a long shot.

Don't let negative and toxic people rent space in your head. Raise the rent and kick them out!
