Notre Dame de Paris, also known as Notre Dame Cathedral or simply Notre Dame, is a historic Roman Catholic Marian cathedral on the eastern half of the Île de la Cité in the fourth arrondissement of Paris, France. Widely considered one of the finest examples of French Gothic architecture and among the largest and most well-known churches in the world.

Notre Dame, Paris. My favorite part was the rose window. A fellow tourist asked our guide at what time the buttresses start to fly. Even worse, when we were in Seville, Spain someone from that tour inquired whether all the gold in the cathedral was for Jesus. He could not believe it.

Paris, France-I've seen this place and I believe its near that really weird fountain we saw with the strange, colorful statues.

Ile de la cité, bass player on the 'Pont au double' and 'Notre Dame' cathedral, Paris IV. This bridge owes its name to the toll fixed at 'a double denier', former French currency, for pedestrians crossing it.
