Slow Cooker Cajun Shrimp and Rice...this was good, but could have been great. Next time, I will add celery, okra, and Andouille sausage. Instead of the Crock Pot, I will cook it in a dutch oven. It got a little mushy in the Crock Pot. Also, warm, buttery French bread would be perfect on the side!
