Before you peel, core, and slice your fresh pineapple... Cut off the top and turn it upside down and leave for about an hour. This makes all the juice that was at the bottom, flow through the pineapple again! Yum! Is this really true?

I have a hanging basket in the kitchen for my tomatoes and if I cut it I eat the entire tomato then and there. They act of chilling a whole or cut tomato sucks the flavor away immediately.
