Ingredients (serves 9)
  • Base
  • - 1/2 cup of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)
  • - 1/4 cup of #MonkFruit
  • - 1/2 cup of egg whites
  • “Cheesecake Layer”
  • - 2 cups of #greekyogurt
  • - 4 scoops of #Nuzest Vanilla Protein (PURELYHL for discount)
  • - 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • - 1/4 cup of monk fruit
  • - 1 pack of Prozis #nosugaradded Chocodots (PURELYHL for discount)
  • Toppings
  • - 2 keto cookies (cut into pieces)
  • - 1 pack of Prozis #nosugaradded Chocodots (PURELYHL for discount)
  • Method:
  • 1. Preheat the oven at 350F.
  • 2. Mix all the ingredients for the base and place it in a 8x8 silicone baking dish.
  • 3. Bake for 18 minutes.
  • 4. Mix all the ingredients for the “cheesecake” and pour over the baked and cooled base.
  • 5. Add your toppings and freeze a couple of hours. Cut into 9 pieces and enjoy!
