---Slow Cooker: Salsa Chicken--- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (frozen is fine) 1 cup salsa 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup 1 packet taco seasoning 1/2 cup sour cream 6 tortillas Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker. Sprinkle taco seasoning on chicken. In a bowl, combine soup and salsa. Pour over chicken. Cook on high 4 hours. Shred chicken with two forks and stir in sour cream. Serve on tortillas or as desired.
Who doesn’t love a Cheesy Gordita Crunch from Taco Bell?! They are so ridiculously tasty, but they don’t exactly leave you feeling guilt free…lets face it, what is in that meat anyway? (yikes!) My recipe is still a splurge night meal that leaves you feeling so satisfied but is made with high quality ingredients so that you can also feel good about what you are putting in your body!
Sour Cream Noodle Bake - actually, all the recipes in this blog look amazing!!! --- I made this for dinner last night, and added more cheddar cheese, extra sour cream and a half block of cream cheese, and it was phenominal!! Next time, I may omit the cottage cheese, but wow! SOOO good!
