Bag of frozen chicken in the crock pot. Put the cream cheese, corn, rotel and black beans on top and let it go for 6-8 hours on low. You can shred when done or leave the chicken whole.-- 2012; looked terrible but tasted great. Haven't made it again yet, but probably will.

Taco Pasta Bake- 3/4 bag ziti noodles,1 lb of ground beef, 1 pkg taco seasoning, 1cup water, 1/2 pkg cream cheese, 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese -- boil pasta until just cooked, brown ground beef & drain, mix taco seasoning & 1 cup water w/ ground beef for 5 min, add cream cheese to beef mixture, stir until melted & remove from heat, put pasta in casserole dish, mix in 1 cup cheese, top pasta/cheese with beef mixture & gently mix, top w/ remaining cheese, bake at 350* uncovered for 30 min

Sprinkle with pepper. 2) Top with chicken pieces and broccoli. 3) In a mixing bowl, combine soup mix and broth. Pour over chicken and rice. 4) Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, or until rice and chicken are tender but not dry.
