Chocolate Chip-Coffee Muffins - Make sure you measure the flour in ounces, not cups - big difference - the first time we made them (measuring with cups) the batter was like paste, the second time (measuring by weight) the batter was much thinner and they were much lighter. I think it was about 1 1/2 c. of flour vs. the 2 it approximated in the recipe.
