Low Carb Sausage muffins: SUPER yummy and easy to grab on the way out the door. Keeps me full till lunch. Love the fact that they are muffin sized! Recipe calls for 2 or 3 TBS coconut flour, but I used what I have and it was still yummy and low carb :)
