    I made this a week ago and the whole family devoured it!! Because I have little ones, right before serving, I removed the thighs from the sauce, discarded skin and bones and shredded chicken and put it back in the sauce. yummy!!!

    I made these with boneless, skinless thighs, and instead of sauce, used canned diced tomatoes (a little lighter). And to make it just a little lighter still, served with spaghetti squash instead of pasta. Everyone loved it!
