Sour Cream, Eggs Noodles, Crock Pots, Mushrooms Soups, Onions Soups, Beef Stroganoff, Soups Mixed, Slow Cooker Beef, Cream Chee
Crock-Pot Beef Stroganoff 2lbs cubed beef stew meat or 4c cooked ground beef 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1c chopped onion 2T Worcestershire sauce ½ c water 1c. sour cream 2T minced garlic packet of onion soup mix chopped mushrooms (optional) egg noodles Cook meat & let it cool. Add all ingredients to crock pot except egg noodles. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve over egg noodles.
Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff. Suggestions: (1) add salt, pepper, and garlic, (2) double the sauce but keep the cream cheese and worcestershire the same, (3) use Golden Mushroom soup (4) reduce the cooking time to about 5-6 hrs, (5) add some sour cream when you add cream cheese(6) add a bullion cube, (7) add a half packet of onion soup mix, (8) serve over egg noodles, (9) add sauteed mushrooms about 1/2 an hour before serving. Substitute 1/4 cup beef broth for 1/4 water.
