In the crock pot ~ Chicken breasts, enchilada sauce, taco seasoning, shredded cheese, and green onions. add some cilantro to the top, then served up in soft tortillas with rice. YUMMY and EASY ~ I love CrockPot Meals
Slow Cooker Mexican Chicken----they will come back for seconds! 4-6 frozen chicken breasts bag of frozen peppers and onions pkg of taco seasoning 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can Rotel tomatoes Place frozen chicken in bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle with taco seasoning. Top with frozen onions and peppers. Mix cream of chicken soup and Rotel tomatoes together and then pour over the top. Cook on LOW 6-7 hrs. Serve over cooked yellow rice. Enjoy!
Slow Cooker: Salsa Chicken. Four boneless, skinless chicken breasts (frozen is fine) 1 cup salsa 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup 1 packet taco seasoning 1/2 cup sour cream 6 tortillas Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker. Sprinkle taco seasoning on chicken. In a bowl, combine soup and salsa. Pour over chicken. Cook on high 4 hours. Shred chicken with two forks and stir in sour cream. Serve on tortillas or as desired.
Crockpot Honey Sesame Chicken I used boneless skinless chicken breast and cut it into pieces before putting it into the crockpot. I did not want to fiddle around with removing the chicken and cutting it up. I put some dried chilies in because I didn't have red pepper flakes, and it was delicious!
I LOVE my crockpot!! - take 1lb chicken (can be frozen), box of stuffing, 1 cup chicken broth, 1 can of cream of chicken, and 1/2 cup of water. layer bottom of crockpot with chicken, pour 1 cup of broth over chicken, mix box of stuffing with can of soup and 1/2 cup water and layer top of chicken with stuffing mix, cook 6-8 hours on low!
