I made this last night and we all loved it! With the chick peas and mozzarella it really has enough protein in it for it to be a one dish meal :) I was surprised to see the 3/4 lb. of onion on there...I used 3/4 cup instead since I wasn't sure if that was a typo! lol
Chicken Broccoli Casserole. Use ritz crackers. One sleeve. Save some for the top. Use full fat everything. It will taste even better! This one is most like my moms.
