Bourbon Cocktail Meatballs 32 ounce bag Frozen meatballs 2 C bbq sauce 1 C bourbon 1 C mustard 1 C honey 1 t garlic powder 1 t dried onion flakes 3 T lemon juice 1/4 t Worcestershire sauce Add frozen meatballs to large crock pot. Combine all of sauce ingredients together in a bowl and then pour over meatballs. Add lid and cook on high for 2-3 hours. Turn to low or warm setting and serve.
Bourbon Cocktail Meatballs: 3/4 lb ground beef; 3/4 lb ground pork; 1/2 cup Ritz Cracker crumbs; 1/2 cup finely chopped onion; 1/2 teaspoon salt; pepper; 1 egg; 2 Tbsp olive oil. Bourbon Sauce: 1 jar apricot preserves; 1/4 cup brown sugar; 3 Tbsp hot chili sauce; 1/2 cup bourbon; 1/2 cup barbecue sauce; 1/4 cup water.
