Get started. * I tried this recently (while my baby was napping) and I haven't worked out too much lately (my baby needs to be held a lot) so I was out of shape. The first couple were hard since I'm out of shape but it keeps you motivated since it's less each time. I felt pretty good after and I felt like I got a pretty good workout. Since I'm out of shape though I had to take a break after 40 but I think if I did this every day or a couple times a week it would get me in shape.

30 day challenge- see what changes - This takes minutes to do right before I go to bed. It takes nearly NO SPACE. I can do all these exercises in the space between my wall and bed. The only thing I don't do is the jumping jacks. I figure gravity is doing a really good job on it's own and I don't need to help it out by jumping up and down. These are all back to basics exercises.
