BEST GREEN BEANS EVER!!!! I changed the 1 T shallots to one whole shallot, and I put about 1 T fresh lemon zest in the while I was cooking the shallots--and just left them in there. GREAT flavor! Definitively going to be making over and over again! Note: green beans took about 5 minutes to cook--not just 1 minute, but still sooo easy to make! Skillet chicken and green beans **My adjustments: use cut frozen green beans (2 bags), a bit more lemon pepper, a dash of garlic and chicken broth with salt...and add fresh mushrooms. Overall the recipe was a good base for what could be a great dinner. **
