Nigella Lawson's Slow Roasted Garlic and Lemon Chicken... made it tonight. Yummy! My only recommendation: it was VERY liquid-y. 2/3 of the way through cooking I would take away a good part of the liquid from the pan so the chicken can brown up all over. Otherwise... very very good. Will absolutely make this again. Easy to prepare ahead of time for company and throw it in the oven. Done!
