How funny would it be if at my ficticious future wedding, the entire wedding party was on rollerblades? Like. If I had a nice poofy dress, and I lift it and start rollerblading down the aisle?! Hahahahahaha. And Future husband is in a tux, and rollerblades, rollerblading around waiting for me? Painted in the appropriate colours of course.

LOVE the dress a little more than halfway down and those gold lined envelopes. Too bad the boy has already told me he thinks that dress is horrible :(

Photobooths are a popular wedding reception item, and we can't imagine a more fun backdrop than this glitter wall.

interesting ideas here: use of scrabble tiles, book print, and old books since Sarah is very literary; centerpieces of jars with informal clusters of flowers in them (imagine wildflowers to fit the wedding look so far? maybe see if these are easy to come by in florist shops in May? they probably are)

We purposefully did not have wedding “colors.” We went with black and cream, and glitter(!), elements to evoke the feel I described above. We thought pop colors would be too focal and take away from the feeling of being at a great party like those in “Bright Young Things” where the focus is on the glitzy people in attendance
