I freeze the actual lemonaid or iced tea as you have in the muffin tin as water with the lemon slice---then you do not dilute your beverage as it melts---I even freeze it in quart zip lock bags, easy to freeze (I put them upright in a tupperware container), when frozen take them out of the container, zip shut and stack until using. I even put unused lemonaid and ice tea after a party, froze it in zip locks and used it as "ice" a few weeks later at our family reunion in lemonaid and iced tea.
