Homemade french vanilla coffee creamer. No chemicals! 14oz sweetened condensed milk 14oz milk (whole, lowfat, or skim - doesn't matter) 2 teaspoons vanilla extract OR Vanilla Coffee Syrup for a stronger flavor a mason jar (quart is perfect) Pour all of the ingredients into your mason jar. Screw the lid on tightly, and shake vigorously for a few minutes until well combined.
Creme Brulee Coffee Creamer from 12 oz evaporated milk, 1/2 c brown sugar, 1 1/2 cup milk and 2 tsp vanilla Heat evaporated milk and brown sugar over medium-low heat; whisk until sugar is dissolved (couple minutes). Remove from heat, add milk and vanilla . Pour into large (quart) mason jar; refrigerate until ready to use. Expires when milk used in the recipe expires.
